●Active ingredients:
Clotrimazole--100MG Additives: magnesium stearate, corn starch, lactose hydrate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, tartaric acid, sodium bicarbonate, povidone K-30
●Usage and dosage:
Adults, once a day, one tablet at a time for 6 consecutive days, insert deep into the vagina before going to bed; short-term treatment can also be once a day, 2 tablets at a time, for 3 consecutive days.
●The following patients are prohibited from using
1) Those who are allergic to the main ingredients and components of the drug
2) Patients with genetic problems such as lactose compounds, galactose intolerance, LAPP lactase deficiency, or glucose-lactose compound absorption disorders
●The following drugs cannot be used during medication
When this drug is used simultaneously with oral tacrolimus (immunosuppressant), the concentration of tacrolimus or rapamycin in plasma may increase, so whether the patient has symptoms of tacrolimus or rapamycin overdose should be thoroughly monitored, and the values of tacrolimus and rapamycin in plasma should be measured if necessary.
●The following patients should consult a doctor before use
1) Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant:
(1) There are no clinical trials on reproductive ability, but in animal tests, no abnormal reproductive reactions associated with the drug have occurred
(2) In animal tests, no teratogenic effects associated with the drug have occurred. The risk of drug treatment in the first trimester of pregnancy is higher, so the drug should be used with caution because the risk of spontaneous abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy is higher. The risk of pregnancy in the second and third trimesters has not been observed
(3) When using vaginal tablets during pregnancy, the use of insertion devices should be avoided
2) Lactation According to medical research or toxicity test data, clotrimazole and metabolites can be excreted through breast milk, so breastfeeding needs to be stopped during medication.
●Stop medication and seek medical attention immediately if the following symptoms occur
1) Allergic reactions such as coma, hypotension, dyspnea, headache, urticaria, papules, etc.
2) Redness, swelling, peeling, itching, discomfort, irritation, pelvic pain, vaginal bleeding, frequent urination, etc. at the medication site
3) Abdominal pain, lower abdominal cramps, etc.
●Other precautions
1) Do not use medication during menstruation
2) To completely cure Trichomonas vaginitis, oral Trichomonas treatment is required
3) In case of vulvitis or candidal balanitis, additional use of clotrimazole cream preparations is required. If symptoms such as itching and inflammation occur, the sexual partner needs to receive local treatment
4) To prevent reinfection, Personal towels or underwear should be changed every day. It is best to boil and scald used underwear before washing.
5) If symptoms persist after treatment, other pathogens should be excluded before using other antifungal therapies.
6) Do not use tampons, vaginal washing, detergents or other vaginal inserts during medication.
7) Avoid sexual intercourse during vaginal infection or medication to avoid cross infection.
8) The drug should not come into contact with the eyes.
9) The drug should not be swallowed.
10) If the patient has high fever, lower abdominal pain, back pain, foul-smelling discharge, nausea, vaginal bleeding, or shoulder pain, consult a doctor.
11) Overdose treatment
(1) There has been no case of poisoning with this drug. A single overdose or careless oral administration of the drug will not cause acute poisoning, and there is no special antidote.
(2) In animal experiments, high-dose oral administration can cause fetal poisoning. After high-dose oral administration, go to the hospital for gastric lavage as soon as possible.
12) Condoms, vaginal diaphragms and other latex rubber products will weaken the efficacy of the drug. Please pay attention.
13) Precautions for use
(1) This drug can only be used vaginally and not orally.
(2) This drug must be used by people over 12 years old.
●Storage precautions
1) Keep out of reach of children.
2) If the drug is stored in other packaging boxes, it is easy to cause accidents due to misuse or deterioration of drug quality. Please keep it in the original packaging box and seal it.
